Reporting Lost or Stolen Cards

Customers may report a lost or stolen card by calling the Bank at 618-995-9000 or 618-658-8888.  When calling either of these numbers after normal business hours, the Bank's answering service will state that the Bank is closed and give an option to press 5 to report a lost or stolen card.  Pressing 5 will automatically forward the call to the Bank's after hours support center where someone will assist you.
