GIVING BACK TO THE COMMUNITY

SouthernTrust Bank is honored to sponsor our Independence Day Community Tent at Marion Knights of Columbus!

Each year we support our local Williamson County Shrine Club with their Circus Ticket sales and Bocce Tournament.  They help local children and families in the area with transportation to the Shiner's Hopsital.

Supporting the next generation is important to us. Through our annual scholarship program, SouthernTrust Bank proudly awards scholarships to local students pursuing higher education.

We are proud to partner with Johnson County CEO program and support the next generation of leaders.  Opportunites like this go a long way in building confidence, knowledge, and real world experience.

Safe to say we did not leave hungry. We had a great time at the Southern Illinois Taco Festival and enjoyed spending the evening with so many familiar faces from our community.  We are proud to be part of something that benefits our Disabled American Veterans and honors the impact they have made.

Tax day can be stressful!   We wanted to show a little appreciation to the CPAs who keep everything running behind the scenes.  Thank you for all you do for our community!

We’re proud to support the Southern Illinois Salvation Army and the meaningful impact they continue to make across our region. Events like Thrived and Thriving show just how much can happen when people come together!

This April, we are supported the Franklin-Williamson Child Advocacy Center and their Blue Kids Campaign to raise awareness for Child Abuse Prevention Month.  You may notice blue kids around town. They are more than just a display. They are a reminder that our community is watching out for children and standing up for those who need it most.

We are proud to support the Goreville Blackcats during their trip to State! 🏀  The whole community was cheering you on! 🖤💛

We had the honor of presenting a $2,505 donation from our Marion Jeans Day fundraiser to The Night's Shield, an organization dedicated to providing a safe place and support for children and families in crisis.  We’re grateful for the opportunity to give back and help support the important work they do every day. 💙🧡

What a fun day at the Duck Spree! 🐥💦  SouthernTrust was proud to be part of this great community event with the Marion Chamber of Commerce. We love supporting traditions like this that help make a difference for Marion High School seniors.
